Interview process was fairly easy. I applied through the website was contacted within three days. I enjoyed interacting with the principal along with the team itself. I then had a panel interview of three consultants where they asked me a lot of situational questions and background experience.

I had a connection that worked at Audienz, so I applied online and also submitted my resume through her. The recruiter reached out to me immediately and set up a phone interview. However, after that, things were unbearably slow! Weeks went by between hearing from the recruiter. I had one interview and it was about two months (TWO MONTHS!) later that I had a second phone interview. After that phone interview, another few weeks went by and she expressed that they were excited to have me come in for the last in-person interview. She asked for my availability, I sent it, and then never ... I repeat NEVER heard back from her. How unprofessional! Luckily I wasn't *that* interested in the position. Seemed really fishy how long it was taking her to get back to me. It only takes a minute to send a quick update email. Do better, Audienz.
