The interview lasted about 30 minutes and felt more like a casual conversation than a formal assessment. It seemed heavily focused on personality and cultural fit rather than technical skills. Aside from one specific question "Why Audry Rose?" there wasn't much structure. I found myself taking the lead to keep the conversation moving, which was slightly destabilizing but manageable.

Entrevista
I interviewed for a creative role and was asked to produce a significant amount of original assets as part of the interview process. The company offered only $80 in compensation—far below industry standards for the volume and quality of work they requested. When I politely asked for a fair rate, their tone quickly shifted and they became unprofessional and dismissive.
It became clear they were more interested in acquiring cheap creative work than in hiring thoughtfully. To make matters worse, the position I applied for was never listed on their website, which raises questions about the legitimacy of the job. I’m now concerned they may be soliciting unpaid or underpaid work from multiple creatives under the guise of a hiring process.
I would caution others to think twice before engaging with this company. Fair compensation and professional respect should always be part of the process.
