Entrevista
I first contacted Audubon through a career fair at my university. I was then invited to be interviewed on campus. After that I was called back about an in-office interview. The on campus and in office interviews were both comfortable and not too stressful. I was asked about AutoCAD knowledge (which I had little of as a sophomore), but was told I would catch on quickly. I was offered a position and then the HR representative didn't contact me again or respond to my thank you email. I received a response months later saying they were not hiring.

Laid back interview process. I was asked questions about my experience and background. I was given information regarding job description and company. I also had the opportunity to ask questions.

I met them at my university career fair and gave them my resume. The recruiter said I looked like a great candidate. 2 months later I had a 1-on-1, 30-minute on-campus interview. 1 month later I had a great 2.5 hour interview in their Houston office. I spoke with 3 engineering managers (1 at a time) and they showed me around the office. Most of the questions were casual/conversational.
After my final interview they said they would get back to me within 3-4 weeks. I did not hear back from them for 3 months even after sending follow-up emails. Finally got the offer but had already moved on. The people were awesome and Audubon seems like a great company to work for, just expect a slow interviewing/hiring process.

- Do you have experience with this software.

After the initial interview at my university, there were 2 hours of interviews with 4 different people at their office. Very casual questions and no tough technical ones. The people made you feel very comfortable.
