Long and extensive interview. Managers were positive and friendly. I had to contact directly to hear the outcome and waited over 2 weeks to hear back. Hard place to get a job and standards seem unreachable regardless of previous experience.

Background around customer service and problem solving skills.
Nice and smooth interview process. Interviewers were really friendly. The interviewer even showed me around the place and enabled me to shadow a team leader, very useful to know more about the role.
