      Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Augmate.

      Entrevista

      I first found out about Augmate through Linked In. We soon scheduled for an in-person interview. The person I was scheduled to meet with did not show up. After the first day's interview, I was then scheduled to come back. I was also made upset by the fact that when I showed up, I was asked to forward my resume to a staffing agency. These people did not review my resume, and they did not tell me that the position was not a direct hire position.

      After meeting with several people on the second day, I was also made very upset by the fact that I was being "black-balled" from the interview process. During the final round of interview, I was being harassed by two egotistical employees of that company. It very soon became obvious to me that the interview was designed to make me fail, that the company was not willing to give me a fair shot, and that they had wasted my time. After reviewing the company profile on this website, I have come to notice that Augmate somehow received a perfect rating of 5 -- a rating greater than that of Google! I recommend you turn down any offers from Augmate, or for that matter any company involved in a Machiavellian style of management.

Unfortunately, due to high volume of applications that we receive for this position, we ask highly technical questions to get a better sense of skill, experience, and fit. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to address these issues in our recruiting department.
