Phone interview followed by in-person interview. In-person interview included multiple people from the HR department. Questions gave me opportunities to highlight my skills. Staff was very friendly and answered all questions I had for them. They were informative on their timeline for hiring and the next steps in the process. I knew after the interview that I wanted to work there.
