There were two interviews, each with a distinct purpose. One focused on prior work experience and pertinent skills for the job, the other focused on core values and fit with the company. Throughout the process, there was always clear communication of next steps and expectations. What stood out to me the most was how they truly operate around their core values. It was evident in the language and attitude of each individual I spoke with.
