The interview process was terrible. I did the online video interview, which was fine, but then I went in for a second round where things went downhill. They never alerted me that we would be leaving this office, and then when I arrived, I had to get in a car with a man I did not know and he did not tell me where we were going. He just said, “breakfast.” Thank goodness we did actually arrive at a Tim Horton’s. We met for almost an hour before he revealed that it is a door-to-door sales job. Then I had to get back in his car, but luckily, he did take me back to the office. I already knew I had no interest in the position, but they had me interview with an additional person back at the office. This interview was terrifying.

I did not apply to this position. They pulled my resume from monster and asked if i would want to interview for a management position. I am an engineer myself ,having just moved to columbus oh, decided to go to see if it was a good deal . I already knew this was going to be a typical marketing/sales job that promises salary etc but decided to go nevertheless to see what it was.It is basically a door to door sales job. My goal was a steady salary but this place is not for you if you are seeking that. Its going to be mostly sales commission based on sales you make going door to door. They do give off a vibe of being a highly professional organisation( and that's marketing, the business they are in), but in reality its a simple door to door sales job. It is extremely bad when you do not reveal all the details on the phone before the interview , giving vague answers when asked about the salary( the person on the phone said that will be discussed in the interview etc whereas any good business will give you a rough estimation of what you can make before a candidate puts their time on the line to go interview). If you want to go into sales and mostly earn by comissions, then go for it. I did not like the way they made it sound all so professional ,pulled my resume from monster and it finally turns out to be a door to door sales job . Honest review.

Entrevista
I applied for the internship before school got out in May and I was called by one of the girls in the office. My first interview was over the phone with a recruiter from the company. They said they wanted me to come in for the second interview to get to know more about the organization and my responsibilities so I went in a couple of days later. When I went in for the second interview one of their top Account Managers took me out to lunch (which I wasn't expecting) and we talked a lot about me and my story. After the conversation, she explained to me the breakdown of the organization and different responsibilities that are learned. I was pretty impressed with all that she knew about the organization. After she answered some of my questions about the position we went back to the office and I had a really quick exit interview with their CEO. He asked me what I thought about the position and if I thought I could accomplish all of the things that would be expected of me. I was offered the position that evening.
