The interview was quite laid back as others would define it. Just do your research on the company and its values. I was interview for 2 interviews that were virtual.

I applied online. Then did the web interview (you rate statements about yourself from 1-5). Shortly after I got an email to schedule my phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 15 minutes (be sure to know about the position you apply for!). After talking with the interviewer she said she will be sending an email to schedule my in-person interview. I was interviewed by two department managers, that lasted about 30 minutes.
