The hiring process was fairly straightforward. I had multiple phone conversations with the president, I had Skype interviews with the upper management. I came to Michigan for a physical interview, and about one and a half months later, the president of the local company called to offer me the position. I argued for a small salary bump, and I signed the offer form.
