Applied through an online listing, got instructions to use their scheduling system on their website for an interview. Went in at the scheduled time, got the 1:1 interview with one of the Co-Founders, had a great talk.

It was a fantastic interview. I knew absolutely nothing about computers and even though i knew nothing, since i showed i had drive they decided to give me a chance.
