The session lasted much longer than expected. One of the interviewer communicated in a manner that came across as overly authoritative, which made the environment less comfortable for open discussion.

Entrevista
Job was referred to me by an employee and I contacted the office manager about the relevant job offer. I was asked to apply for the job on the company website and provide relevant supporting documentation. From date of submittal of job application, the company responded very quickly to arrange for an interview. An interview was arranged and the interview was held in the company's boardroom, with 3 company personnel present (Office Manger, Technical Director - Electrical, HR Manager). Interview was very informal and more about personal attributes and achievements.
