Did a phone interview after applying on LinkedIn, which lead to an interview with the hiring manager. The contract was delayed, and no one knows when it may come back.

I applied online and was called for a phone interview with the recruiter to get to know me better. I had another interview with the programmers and the manager of the team I would be working with. I never did an onsite interview, coding test, or whiteboard questions before I received the offer. Problem was the offer was on hold due to funding. After waiting for a few weeks, the funding was still pending and I got another offer from a different company I decided to go with. My advice to the company would be to make sure that funding is secured before posting the position online. If they would of had the funding sooner, I would of accepted the offer.
