1st interview consists of basic understanding of work done, technical expertise of the candidate in which he/she has worked so far and will ask the questions related around it. At the end, a case study would be shared and would be asked to come up with a solution. 2nd interview was technical discussion where they ask more about your knowledge and experience. They expect that the candidate has gone through Aurigo's website and are well versed with the company's business.
