Everyone at Aurora was very helpful throughout the process. The interview questions were appropriate for the role. All recruiters and interviewers were generous with their time. I had many follow-up calls, which helped me to make an informed decision. The team was transparent about the role, their goals, and the company. Entrevista
I had a HM call, tech screen & onsite. So, the interview steps were fairly standard but their process is really streamlined with quick turnaround between phases once it got started. I definitely appreciated receiving feedback with 1 or 2 days all they way through the interview & offer process as it helped calm my anxiety. The entire team was very professional and the recruiter was particularly helpful throughout the process.
