The process consists of a five-step process: an online assessment, an Interview with the hiring manager, a prep call with a recruiter, a final interview, and an offer decision. The interviewers were nice and comfortable to talk with. However, the recruiter was very misleading and gave me very wrong information on what to focus on for the final interview.
