Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Aurora Lighting (Manchester, Inglaterra) em jan. de 2018
Entrevista
Video Interview followed by in person interview with Sales Director. The process was quite relaxed and took around two weeks between the initial contact and me being offered the job. The interview process was fairly easy in comparison to other positions I had applied to.

Entrevista
1st interview was to find out how I would go about my role if offered, with various tests. Next I had to prove that I had a love for lighting (or illumination as I was told to use instead), Second interview was run by a production worker and HR manager, asking basic questions such as where I saw myself in five years time
I was told that I would be required to work odd weekends.
Both interviews were office based and I had to take time off from my existing job to attend.
Following the second interview, the job role was pulled, a complete waste of my annual leave which was in short supply at the time.

How would you go about testing one of our lights to see how fireproof it was?

Entrevista
The interviewer went on about what he needs in a candidate and in the role. Very demanding and indecisive character, didn't truly know what he needs or wants in the role.
After a successful interview the employer set me a task to design an email footer, double page spread full of lighting content, specs, tech, usp's etc, hero page and an animation. this took me 3 days to complete. I sent all the work a day early at a higher standard than the hand out of current design work they gave me. Then I got an email replying to my submitted artwork only for them to say amend one page. After doing so I didn't hear anything back, so after a full week I called and chased both recruiter and agency. I was then told I didn't get the job as the work I submitted is similar to what they have designed previously as a company.
the standard brochure they gave me was basic and full information all cramped and forced on to a page with no real thought or elegance. The standard of design is very basic. I redeveloped logos and text to make them stand out in a less cluttered manner only to be told this has been done before. Once I done thorough research into the previous brochures online; I beg to differ, from the standard they are producing it is a rushed procedure.
During the interview I was told he liked my portfolio and my work as well as went on to say he liked me as a person, then with the amount of work set I thought it was a home run with the quality I produced.
Just wouldn't recommend this company as a huge waste of time for those looking to get into full time employment when other serious employers actually need you and appreciate your skills.
Not everyone can design in all the relevant software, so my advice would be try not let employers take the biscuit when applying for a job. avoid putting in hours and hours of work needing to be produced.
also they stated that I don't need to know anything about lighting. Believe me to complete this design pages you will need to know all the usp's so that's a complete pack of lies and time wasters if I'm honest.
