Underwent a rigorous interview process, aced the presentation part, get informed on the salary. They pay their lab techs with Bachelor's degrees and years of experience $14 an hour. Unskilled labor pays more in this area. It is not a livable wage, or market rate. I advocated for myself, my offer got rescinded, and I was told it was a red flag to have asked.
