The interview was conducted online via teams and there were two interviewers: the hiring/training manager and the office manager. Asked a short series of questions. Total interview time was 15-30 mins.

Entrevista
Applied online, received a typing skills test within days but then took a couple of weeks to get a brief phone interview. Followed up after not hearing anything for another couple of weeks and was informed my application would not be proceeding.
Series of tests to qualify, pretty logical and fair. Phone interview was good. Then needed to complete security checks. Training process took a lot longer than expected. Overall was a good and fair interview process, which was expected for a job of this nature
