Filled out application online. Received email for a panel interview which was scheduled promptly. Panel was 3 people - IT Director, IT Manager, Analytics Manager along with HR representative. About a dozen questions from a Powerpoint. 2 of the 3 were completely disengaged during the Q&A period. Not sure if they already had someone in mind for the position, or didn't like that I was an older candidate.
