Applied online--longer application process than other jobs i'e applied to. Received call to schedule interview. Very friendly small group of SLP interviewers at a local school. Wore business casual.

This was an interview over the phone. Asked basic questions about my experience as an SLP, how many years I have been in the field, what I've treated, experiences in the school setting, etc.
