The day after I applied for this job, someone contacted me about an interview for the following day. The young woman interviewing me was not more than 25 years old, and had only worked there about a year. She was the only person I was in contact with and the only person I met in the office. (This was in the NY office--so yes, they do have an actual working office in NYC, despite the rumors that it is merely a virtual office.) I had read the reviews of the company on Glassdoor and elsewhere before the interview, so needless to say I was worried about what I was walking into. The woman who interviewed was nice enough, but she only asked me three questions: tell me about yourself, then, after talking about the company, do you have any questions, and finally she asked me about salary. I had to interject a few times in order to talk about my experience and qualifications. She asked me if I would be able to start the following Monday, and I said I would like to give my current place of work a week's notice. The next day they sent me an offer of $13.46 AN HOUR. What? That is barely $28K a year, way below industry standard. If you apply for a job at this company, you will probably get it, but please don't waste your time.
