Interviewed for a role at Australia Post and found the experience to be smooth and professional. The process included a phone screen. Questions focused on my past experience, customer service skills, and handling challenging situations. Interviewers were friendly and gave a clear overview of the role and team expectations. I appreciated their communication throughout the process and felt well-informed at each stage.

Telephone interview with HR and then a face to face with a Delivery Manager. This was when part-time Postal Delivery Officer positions were relatively new and their was still a reasonable amount of work (2009). I was a university student and they seemed to prefer a candidate who had something that would stop them wanting full-time work.
