Applied online, got a call from manager asking me about why I’m interested and logistics of when I could start. Had a zoom interview as I’m interstate with 3 team leaders asking regular questions 2 days later. I followed up for feedback and when I was unsuccessfull and the manager was really insightful and respectful.
