The interview process was very disappointing due the the interactions with the recruiter. For the firstg round, he gave one timeslot only. Despite asking him to offer an alternative as I had a client meeting clashing, he said take it or leave it. 2 rounds later, I was shortlisted for the final round with the CFO with a take home case study, He again gave one slot, which I politely told him I couldnt do and I tried to contact him over the phone to see the options. He neither attended nor called back. In anticipation, I worked on the case study over my weekend and on Monday he said he would withdraw my application. I raised it with the interviewers, so he called to say that he would try to find another slot but then 1 day later he said he couldnt find and cant offer me the final round of interview.
While other interviewers were nice and friendly, my experience with this recruiter has been horrible. I would suggest people not waste their time on interviewing for this company. The recruiter comes across very dismissive and disrespecting and it raises serious concerns about the fairness of recruitment process in this company

Interview process was extremely disappointing. The recruiter does not believe in picking up the phone and coordinating a time for the interview. You will directly receive an invite, irrespective you can make it or not. You have to drop your life and any other work commitments to grab the opportunity to work with this firm. Never had this experience before.

Entrevista
The process here was horrible. The recuiter is a very disrecpectful and rude person. He sent an invite for 1st round of interview for a timeslot without calling. I called him and told that I had a client meeting but he said this is the only slot the company can offer. As a courtesy, I did that round and then was subsequently progressed to the final round. I was given a take home case study, which I worked on over the weekend. Again, he gave one timeslot which I couldnt move due to a C-level workshop I had. He denied me the final round later. I tried to reach out to the interviewers. After that the recruiter called and said he would find another time. He advised me to finalise my take home case. And then one day later, he called and said they wont interview me.
This was the most horrible and bizzarre interview experience I have had in Australia. I feel the recruiter didn't want the process to be run fairly while eliminating candidates on the way. And the fact that he can get away with this raises serious concerns about the organisation and its culture.
