One of the best interview processes I have been in... whenever I was "in" the process. Interviews are less whiteboard, but still technical. The problems were practical, and interesting. The process of working through it with the interviewer was intellectual, and stimulating. The part where Auth0 drops the ball is communication. Despite having one of the best processes, I had to constantly email weekly to get an update or progress the process forward. Eventually, they just stopped responding to me. It took me nearly a month of sporadic communication to get to the 2nd remote interview, which was only one hour in length. It seems the developers are handling the "HR" components of the interview, which makes sense given the lack of communication (maybe they are extremely busy?). Maybe hire someone to improve communication?
