Really great experience I had an offer on the table part of the way through and they worked with me to make sure I could complete the process. I started out with a phone screening to introduce the company and then explain the role, next met with the hiring manager to discuss specific tech stack and my experiences. Then there were two technical interviews, but not algorithms much more about conceptually what do you think about coding, some general questions about web protocols etc etc. Finally I had a take home exercise, took 4 hours you collaborate with the team as you go. Overall stressful, but not overly hard and all skills felt like job skills. Offer process went great, they called to give me the news and touch base with expectations. Gave me a very fair offer within the next two hours. I accepted immediately.
