I applied via LinkedIn directly and received a pretty immediate response from somebody who would conduct the first interview, which was over the phone. Went extremely well, so I thought and so it seemed the first round interviewer thought - she pushed me through to the second round to speak with someone who that role would report to. Wow - what a joke. She called me 10 minutes late, was clearly not in a quiet space, would butt out and have side conversations with other folks in her office while I was answering her questions - which were super generic.. This was well over a year ago so I do not remember specifics, but remember this being a negative experience and would not apply again to this place. I gathered the vibe that they are one of those agencies that think they are better than everyone else, and probably only hire based off of referrals.
