Entrevista
A lengthy four-interview process, but not enough respect to send feedback to applicants requesting it after rejection.
I interviewed with an Office Manager, Department Manager, and twice with a director.
The first several interviews went great, but the director was double booked for my first interview. Things happen, so I politely accepted the offer to reschedule. Second interview with the director seemed to go well and ended with me being given advised I was being moved forward. First thing next morning, I got a generic rejection letter. No response to my request for feedback. Applicant be warned, you will be strung along for 2-3 weeks and ghosted.
Fairly easy interview. I did my due diligence of researching the company and listening to their podcasts. The interview was fairly simple; it was with the recruiting team. But I got ghosted even though I followed up multiple times. I understand if I’m not a good fit, but if I spend the time preparing for an interview and doing the interview, the least I expect is the decency to receive a rejection email. This is a warning for anyone else interviewing with them. These companies should be called out for the way they treat their interview candidates.
Straightforward screening call just getting a sense of my background but never heard back (this was the second time this has happened). Did not seem like they fully knew where the company was headed or why / if they were even hiring for the role. Shame because the tech seems interesting.
