Group interview. There was about 6-7 people. The interviewer went around the room with introductions and each individual's experience. She then preceded to ask the entire group general questions about ABA; you could either raise your hand or remain quiet. I was the only one with previous experience in the field.

Entrevista
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.
