This was a great because the interview began with the director describing the position. The detail in the description and what it entailed helped when discussing my experience. The questions were directly related to the job, every question you ask, was answered.

1st call is a phone screening with recruiter to confirm the job details. 2nd video call is with a hiring manager in the job department, 3rd call is with recruiter to review job offer or answer more questions.
