It was a very comfortable exchange. Felt more like a structured conversation than an interrogation, which most interviews can feel like. The questions were direct and instructions/description of the process was easy to follow. I felt the questions were very relevant to the actual job I had applied for and not just general or random, always asked interview questions. And the feedback was very helpful in helping understand what to expect from the position and also continued hiring process.
