It was a live interview over computer/phone i just answered questions regarding the position. I was pretty nervous but my interviewer was nice and it became easier throughout it. Some of the questions took me a little while to think of my answer but they were patient and i feel i gave good answers.

Louise did a wonderful job going over some of the details. She asked her questions well, she provided great feedback back and encouraged me to continue even with knowing there might be a conflict to hiring me. She roll played well and I felt comfortable with her. A big thank you to her on her excellent communication skills!
