I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview a few days later. My interviewer forgot about my interview and didn't call me at the specified time. I called and left a message, and was contacted the next day saying she forgot. I had my phone interview and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I didn't hear back from them for almost a month, despite two follow-ups.

I was contacted by a recruiter to discuss the position. I was told about the department and the background of the company which I appreciated knowing even though I had already done research. From there, an in person interview took place with direct supervisor and other stakeholders. The entire process took about 2 weeks.
