Very long process! Phone interview then in person with branch manager! You have to take a lot of pre-interview test then if you pass you can interview. A ride along 8 hours shift unpaid, second interview and more tests if u pass you will have a second ride along for sales this time and then a final interview with ceo/coo! If u pass all that then you might get hired!
