I applied online on the Auto-Owners website. About a week or two later I received a phone call from an HR person requesting to set up an interview for later that week. I was not really interested in the job so I did not put too much effort into researching the company or position. The company has a very professional, corporate atmosphere, suit and tie are required every day. My interview lasted 2 hours, in which I had 30 min interviews with 4 different people from various areas. There was nothing too difficult about the series of questions I was asked, mainly about my skills, experience, what are my strengths/weakness etc. They do a lot of work with java, of which I had no experience but they seemed to care more about my ability and willingness to learn it.
