They asked thoughtful questions and created space for me to ask mine as well. That said, the scheduling was a bit drawn out due to holiday periods, which caused some delays and slight confusion around timelines. While the process could have been a bit more streamlined, the communication remained courteous throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the human approach to interviewing.
