I filled out the application online and took the like 30 minute assessment. It was an fairly easy process. The questions are basically common sense questions. I don't believe there was one question about auto parts in it. lol It took about a week for the manager to call me in for an interview... I did Google some common Autozone interview questions and also some basic stuff you should know about working in an automotive retail store. It really helped with the interview, so I suggest you do that. He asked all the basic questions, told me alot about what I would be doing on a daily schedule. After the interview, I was asked to go to another location the next day for a 2nd interview with the store District Manager. That interview was even simplier! It all was a great experience.
