Entrevista
The interview and hiring precise was relatively easy. I went in, interviewed and waited on the background check. I was called the next day where I was presented with an offer, which I accepted. I had a one day notice for a training class two hours from my home. I had me to book a hotel room so I could make it to the training on time. I was there for 5 hours with no lunch and drive 4 hours there and back plus the cost of the hotel room. In my first day of work, the offer that was presented to me and my schedule was two different things. I left that day and have still not gotten paid for my training day.

Entrevista
Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.

Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.

Entrevista
There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.
