The interview process was very relaxed, with the typical work history questions. The interview is conducted by the store manager in person. Overall the entire experience was similar to a casual conversation.

Long, slow at times. Multiple follow ups. Unclear directions. You at least have panels interviews with hiring managers and directors. Be prepared to get ask technical questions. Uses STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to assess past experiences.
Focuses on teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Common questions: “Tell me about a time you had to analyze complex data” or “Describe a time you identified an error in financial reporting.”
