A phone call with the HR representative. Then a quick video interview with a team lead, then two on-site interviews. My general impression is that they're not really hiring. They put on a show of hiring and having many open positions, but in practice they're just wasting a lot of everyone's time to create the facade of a booming company. Maybe they get a "feel" for the market and people's ideas along the way, but they're quite obviously not serious about the process.
