Applied through an employee's referral. I interviewed with the same TA that I had 2 years ago. Back then I was ghosted forever and never got a response. Same situation. When we spoke it was clear that the guy is overworked, overwhelmed, and uninterested on his job. Never heard back for 2 weeks . After I sent a couple messages, I received a generic rejection message. I would advise to stay away. A really sub-par experience.

3 interview rounds. All were conversational - based on my previous work experience. They wanted to see if I have done similar work before, my KPIs, challenging projects, working style, stakeholder management, etc.
