Too long, unnecessary for a venture funded startup. 1 zoom meeting, 1 paired programming exercise, and a 4 hour panel w/ a technical presentation. Feedback after spending all that time and energy into the process was that I did not have enough years experience. You've got to be kidding me... this could have been determined by just looking at my resume and we wouldn't have had to waist our time. Rejection is nothing new when interviewing, especially in tech... but getting this deep in the weeds just to be told it came down to years of experience is only marginally better than giving no feedback at all.
