Applied for job through autotrader job site. HR Rep emailed me and asked for my availability to speak about the job. I responded via email and we agreed upon a date/time for the phone interview. I was prepared and waited and the rep never called. Never heard anything else after that. I've been contacted by other HR reps for other positions and never called back after they requested my availability but this is my first time ever stood up. They obviously have a workload problem or a training problem. I am seriously re-thinking if I want to work for a company that has this kind of quality problem in HR.
