The interview was held onsite at the Norfolk, VA facility. First interview panel included representatives from Upper Management, HR, Supervision, and Operations. Second interview was a bit more intimate of a crowd featuring a panel of Upper Management, HR, and Technical Tradesmen. Got a chance to hear what the plans are for the future of the company as well as an opportunity to meet some of the staff and tour the facilities that the position would be responsible for.
