The process consisted of three stages:
An interview with the Team Lead and one developer from the team, which was more technically oriented.
An interview with the entire team, focused on how well I would fit in.
An interview with HR and the VP of Engineering, which centered on culture fit and motivation.
Overall, the interview process went very well and took about one month from the first interview to the final stage. The day after the final interview, I received a call from HR with an offer.
