The COO had to reschedule our introductory call two times, and before having that phone call or having any introduction, they wanted to send a coding assignment that they expect to take 12 hours. I told them that I simply can't find 12 straight hours to do a coding assignment, I was assured that if I were "fast" it could be completed in a single hour. After confirming with them that I would not be continuing their process, they sent me the exercise anyway. They expected a complete project within 24 hours, and the scale of the project would have been multiple days of work at my previous employers. A ridiculous process with no respect for your time at all, made clear by always rescheduling our phone conversations at the last minute. Red flags everywhere, stay away.
