4 rounds of convos, first with recruiter then 3 with members of the product team. Very informal. They asked a few behavioral questions about my experience, background, and interest in crypto.

Thorough and friendly. Open about timeline and no pandering. Culture seems to be good but staffing seems to be unsure of resourcing needs and budget. Crypto overall is a gambling method and is in place for equity.
