Phone screen then met with various people in the company. No structure to ‘interview’ - no questions. Very nerve racking, No feedback at all. When pressed they simply say they are going with someone who has more experience while posting the position on multiple sites. Do not expect any kind of sincerity or honest feedback. Very degrading experience.
