I found them on Indeed.com and submitted my resume and applied. They contacted me about an open house, which I could not attend. They graciously rescheduled another time for me to come in to interview. I took a technical assessment and interviewed with a team there as well as the management. They were all very nice.

The team asked great questions. In both the technical and cultural portions of the interview, I felt the questions asked were directly applicable to the work the team does on a daily basis.

The hiring manager/whoever contacts you directly via email; no screening from HR or anything, which was weird. (In fact, the whole process I didn't talk to a single HR or even the HM. Or saw any faces during the video.)
The first thing was an untimed assessment with a few general questions and 2 coding. If they accept it, then they have you talk with a couple of SWEs there. The person who I thought is the HM didn't even show up to that meeting. This was probably one of the driest interviews I've had; all I really heard was 2 internal jargon repeated multiple times without context, and ended with still close to no tangible technical workings/understanding of their product.
Also note that the response time is like super long. You'll probably think you got ghosted each time.

They had you walk thru and describe your assessment, then ask the general questions.

The process was smooth. First a video interview, then a few coding challenges, that were medium difficulty they weren’t timed so you could work at your own pace. Next was a 2 hour block of interviews technical and personal via video. All in all is was a great experience, everyone was very kind and personable. I was honest about what I knew and what I needed to work on and they were very receptive.
